Online sessions
There are many benefits to virtual sessions

- you don't need to travel immediately after the session and can take time to think...

Facilitated via zoom, it is easy for you to access our virtual sessions whether you are using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or even your phone...

We can meet in a neutral space such as a café, for convenience and a buzz. These venues are most suitable for coaching and EFT sessions, rather than deep subconscious work
Private room
I can hire a variety of rooms for a private dedicated space, especially for those wanting hypnotherapy in person. Additional costs may apply

One off
One off sessions are generally suitable as a follow on for past clients. £105
Packages
Most 1:1 coaching is delivered through packages of multiple sessions, with support and accountability available in-between sessions. Whether you are initially interested in Life Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy or EFT or a combination of these, I can suggest a package that meets your needs. From £299
Breakthrough
I offer an intensive Rapid Personal Breakthrough Session (3-3.5hrs) in which we can tackle an issue from multiple angles to experience a dramatic transformational shift. £325
Group
I also offer group coaching packages, such as my Mama Clarity group for mums.
