About me...
Your Master Transformational Coach & Clinical Hypnotherapist

I believe that meaningful change is possible for everyone.
Many of the people who come to work with me feel stuck in patterns of thinking, emotion or behaviour that are difficult to shift on their own. They often know that something needs to change but feel unsure how to move forward.
My role is to provide a supportive and structured space where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, develop new perspectives and create lasting change.
My Journey
My interest in understanding people and behaviour began long before I became a coach.
I studied Biological Sciences at Oxford University, where I was awarded both a BA and MA (Oxon). During my studies I developed a particular fascination with animal behaviour and neurology, exploring how behaviour is shaped by underlying biological and neurological processes.
Although my career initially took a different direction, the desire to help people unlock their potential never left me.
More than fifteen years ago I first became interested in coaching and personal development. I went on to undertake my first formal coaching training and began working professionally as a coach in 2017.
A few years later I discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and immediately saw how powerful it could be. It opened the door to working not only with conscious goals and strategies, but also with the subconscious patterns that influence the way we think, feel and behave.
Seeing the depth and speed of change that was possible inspired me to continue developing my skills and training in a range of approaches that support personal transformation.
My Training and Approach
I have continued to invest extensively in professional training and development, and I am now qualified as a:
- Master Transformational Coach
- Master NLP Practitioner
- Master Clinical Hypnotherapist
- Master Life Coach
- EFT Practitioner
- NNRT Practitioner
These approaches allow me to support change at multiple levels:
- conscious
- subconscious
- emotional
- somatic
- neurological
Rather than relying on a single method, I take an integrative transformational approach, selecting the tools and techniques that are most appropriate for each individual client.
Which Approach Is Right For You?
People often ask which therapy or coaching approach is the best.
The truth is that different people respond best to different approaches, and often a combination of techniques can be most effective.
Some people prefer practical coaching conversations and mindset strategies. Others benefit from approaches that work more directly with the subconscious mind or the nervous system.
During your consultation we can explore what you would like to change and decide together which approach...or combination of approaches... is most likely to support you.
My Values
My approach is warm, supportive and compassionate, while also empowering you to create meaningful change.
I will meet you where you are, offering understanding and encouragement while also gently challenging you when it may help you move forward.
Many clients value having a space where they can speak openly and honestly, knowing they will be met with empathy, respect and a completely non-judgemental approach.
Professional Standards
I am committed to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
