FAQs
When are the sessions?
I totally understand how tricky it can be to gather a group of mums... we’re all juggling different childcare arrangements, work commitments, nap schedules, classes and bedtime routines. I'm living it too, with a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old of my own! So I’ve chosen a weekday lunchtime slot for our live calls, because
- It might line up with a nap if you have a little one
- If you are home with your baby/toddler/preschooler, you might be able to ask for help just for an hour (and it avoids classes which are usually in the morning)
- If you're working, you can hopefully join on your lunch break
- And it avoids the chaos of evenings and weekends when everything (and everyone!) needs you
I have some flexibility on which days I do the calls, so I can ask the community in the private Facebook group for preferences.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
That’s totally ok! Life happens - especially with little ones - so there’s flexibility built in. All calls will be recorded and uploaded so you can catch up in your own time. You’ll still get huge value from watching back, and you can ask questions or share reflections in the private Facebook group anytime, and also reach out to me directly if you need support.
Can I join the call with little ones in the background?
Yes! This is a mum-safe space, so please don’t worry if someone climbs on your lap . Do what works for you, even if that means you need to be on mute for the call and using the recordings to do some of the deeper exercises. But if possible, try to carve out this time just for you.
What does it mean that this is a beta programme?
This is the very first time I’m running Mama Clarity: Calm in the Chaos™, so it’s what’s known as a beta round. That means
- You’ll get access to a full 4-week programme I’ve carefully planned, but I’m still refining the flow and materials as I go
- I’ll be asking for your honest feedback along the way, so I can make it even better in future rounds... You’ll be part of something that’s growing, and your voice matters
- You’re getting it at a special low price, as a thank-you for being part of this first group

How do I join the live calls?
The live sessions will be delivered through zoom. Links will be sent to you and also shared in the private Facebook group.
I've never used zoom before
Don't worry, it's super easy, you don't need a Zoom account (or can sign up for a free one). I'll happily help you through it if you need any support!
How much time will this take each week?
Not much! Each week includes a 60 minute Zoom session, plus optional light-touch tools you can fit into everyday mum life. Everything is designed to support your day, not add more stress.
Is this right for me if I’m feeling really overwhelmed right now?
Yes, this is especially for you. This programme is designed to gently support mums who are feeling stretched, tired, or disconnected. You don’t need to be 'in a good place' or 'on top of everything' (does that even exist in motherhood?) to start. This programme is here to support mums exactly where they are. So I'll meet you where you are, and guide you step by step. Small shifts can lead to big changes.
I’ve never done coaching, NLP or hypnotherapy before... is that ok?
Absolutely. Everything will be explained in a clear, simple way, and you’ll never be pushed outside your comfort zone. You’re always in control, and the techniques we use are gentle, safe, empowering and mum-friendly. No experience needed.
Will I have to share personal stuff in the group?
Only if you want to. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right for you. If you want to open up, this is a safe, private, kind, non-judgemental space which will hold you. But there’s no pressure to share anything you don’t feel comfortable with. You can still benefit deeply from listening or engaging in your own way and time.
What kind of support will I get between sessions?
You’ll have access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share wins or challenges, and receive encouragement between sessions. You can also contact me directly. And I’ll also be checking in regularly to offer support, reflection prompts, and cheer you on.
How is this different from a parenting course or therapy?
This isn’t about how to parent, it’s about how you feel as a mum. The focus is on supporting you to feel more grounded, confident and emotionally well. I will guide you through mindset tools, coaching and subconscious techniques you can actually use day-to-day to feel more confident, calm and connected.
Is the programme refundable?
Because this is a low-cost beta round with limited spaces, refunds aren’t available. But if something unexpected comes up, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to find a fair and supportive solution.
Will there be an option to keep working with you after the 4 weeks?
Yes! If you find this work helpful, you’ll have the option to book 1:1 sessions or continue in a follow-on group. There’s no pressure, I’ll simply share the options at the end of the programme in case you want to go deeper.
