It's over 15 years ago that I first became excited about helping people achieve their potential through coaching. I went on to have my first formal training and to then work as a coach in 2017. A couple of years later I had my first training in NLP, and instantly saw how this additional level of work was a game changer - the speed and depth of change that is possible, and the resulting ability to do what you want, and live a better life, is incredible. 

I've invested in training to develop my skills, tools, methods and modalities further, and am now a
